12-week sessions are $195 for new students,
$180 for returning students.

Level I, Tuesdays, 5:30 - 7:00 p.m., starting
January 22nd with Francesca Sangiorgi
Romanoski.
Francesca is from Milan as well. She
received a B.S. from the International School for
Interpreters and Translators in Milan. Francesca has
taught at the Berlitz Language School in Kuwait and the
Wall Street Institute in Milan. She worked for 20th Century
Fox in Milan translating voice-overs and movie subtitles.
Francesca likes to use visual cues, pictures and props to
help beginners learn Italian. “When I see students
express themselves in my language, for me it is a feeling
like nothing else!”

Level II, Wednesdays, 5:30 - 7:00 p.m., starting
February 6th with Davida Gavioli.
Davida is from
Milan, Italy, graduated from the University of Bergamo in
Italy and earned a PhD from Penn State University. She
has taught at Oberlin and Bowdoin Colleges and

on food! At the end of each session, students gather at
Davida’s house bearing their favorite Italian dish.
